Dear Brent Parents, Students, Faculty, and Staff,

Baguio City has announced the suspension of face-to-face classes for all levels, both public and private, on Monday, August 10, 2026.

In view of this, our scheduled Open House will not proceed tomorrow. We know this is another adjustment to our opening schedule, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and flexibility as we continue to prioritize the safety of our community.

Our school opening plans will proceed as follows:

  • Monday, August 10 – No face-to-face student activities. School offices will remain open, and faculty and staff will report for school opening preparations. Enrollment and other essential school transactions may continue for families who are able to come to campus safely.
  • Tuesday, August 11 – First Day of Classes, following the Day 2 schedule, as previously announced.
  • Wednesday, August 12 – All-School Welcome Chapel, followed by additional opportunities for parent and student orientation and important school opening information.

We will make sure that the essential information and connections originally planned for Open House are still provided to students and families. Further details regarding orientation arrangements will be shared as needed.

As weather conditions may remain uncertain, we ask everyone to continue exercising caution and to travel only when it is safe to do so.

Thank you for your understanding, cooperation, and continued support. We look forward to welcoming our students to campus on Tuesday.

Warm regards,

Dr. Celeste R. Engler
Headmaster
