November 7 STUCO Anti- Bullying Poster Making winners | Congratulations to the winners of the Anti-Bullying Poster-Making Contest from October 13 – 21. Paolo Marquez (Gr. 8), Jane Choi (Gr. 10), and Danica Bautista (Gr. 11)! Thank to our STUCO Officers Alfonso Quizon, Sally Cho, Denny Kim, Angeli Balagot and supervisors, Mrs. Geraldine Reyes and Mr. Joshua Paludipan.

November 8 Tues- Grade 4/5 Baguio Botanical Gardens Visit (Block 1 and Recess) | In the Grade 4 & 5 Social Studies class, the students are currently learning about the rainforest and the plants, animals, and people that live there. Baguio is almost classified as a temperate rainforest and has very diverse plants and animals. This can especially be seen at the Botanical Gardens! Thanks to Ms. Laura Johnson for planning the activity as well as to Ms. Kat for chaperoning as well.

NHS Visit to Helping Hands – Tuesday, November 8 | Our NHS students visited Helping Hands where they hosted a number of activities for the children. Thank you and well done to our NHS members and supervisors, Bb. Nelly Doliente and Ms. Donna Nebrija.

Grade 9 and 10 Beneco Field Trip -Thursday, November 10, 2022 | Our grade 9 and 10 ICT students visited BENECO to see how computer networks are applied in the following systems:

The Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system.

6. Senior Bonding Activity | November 11, Friday – 12 | Our Grade 12 class had the following objectives for this overnight activity. 1)To strengthen social connections and create memories as a class in their last academic year of high school. 2)To actualize independence and develop self-regulation skills among peers. Thanks to Ms. Donna Nebrija, Ms. Nelly Ann Doliente, Ms. Almae Caluya, the Grade 12 Homeroom officers, Mr. Paul Engler, and our BISB support staff for making this happen. Cheering for our seniors!

8. Middle School Community Service | SOCIAL SQUAD PROJECT | from Dr. Julie Sibucao
December 8, THURSDAY, 8 a.m.-11:30 AM
We would like to share with you the details of the community project combining MS Religious Studies, MS Homeroom, and CAS. The program and activities were planned with the help of Teacher Tess and SP Son (Grade 12). The goals of the community service project are

Collaboration project between MS students and CAS

Apply values and principles learned from RS lessons

Plans to sustain the project for the benefit of the target community
The program will feature an opening assembly, and activity stations for dance, arts and crafts, music, and sports. These will be held in different areas of the campus.
Middle School students will also be gathering items for the Christmas bag to be distributed to the participants. MS students will bring one item each day beginning Nov. 21 until Dec. 2. The list of things to buy for the Christmas bag and waiver were given to students last week. Cheering for our Middle School students and faculty!
9. Lower School Production Rehearsals are in full swing! Here is the schedule leading to performance night! More updates are to come from Ms. Kat Moredo, Lower School Head. Cheering for our LS students and faculty!
10. SY 2021-2022 Ganza | Last school year’s yearbooks have been distributed to our LS students. MS and US students and staff from last school year may start picking up their Ganza from Ms. Pia at Ogilby.
