Congratulations to our Middle School students and MS team on a successful Middle School/CAS Community Service held on December 8, THURSDAY, 8 a.m.-11:30 AM | SOCIAL SQUAD PROJECT | Thank you to Dr. Julie Sibucao, SP Son, Mr. Boy Arandez, Ms. Marites Castro, Mr. Drew Hare, Ms. Geraldine Reyes, Mr. Joshua Paludipan, our maintenance, kitchen, accounting, clinic, transpo, and admin staff.

2. PTA Christmas Party- Thank you for a lovely PTA Christmas party! Congratulations to our PTA!

3. Congratulations to all our CAS clubs! We’d also like to thank Ms. Laura Johnson (CAS Coordinator), our Grade 11 and 12 CAS student-leaders, Grade 4 club initiators/leaders, and our faculty club/student org supervisors for sharing their passion, for their hard work and valuable contribution to making our MMC/Hyflex activities program a commendable opportunity for our students to connect, build community, sustain curiosity and care for one another.  We look forward to next semester’s rich and diverse activities program! ESLRs attainment is enhanced and varied because students develop life skills, values, relationships, and character through the CAS clubs/program offered at Brent Schools.

6. End of Sem 1 Assessments

Upper School:

Upper School students will have three days of exams, December 14-16.

 The schedule can be found here. Each exam day will end at 1:00 p.m. Parents/Guardians are asked to have their children at the exam venues (Grade 11/12- Reflection Center | Grade 9/10- Ogilby room 6) by or before 7:45 am. Students are dismissed from their exam at 1 pm and should be picked up by then unless they have a class Christmas party. Exam Guidelines for US Students 

Middle School and Lower School:

Various end-of-semester activities/assessments will be given to Lower School (LS) and Middle School (MS) students with submission dates for Middle School. The Middle School assessment submission schedule can be found here (December 9-15).

Middle School and Lower School will have a regular school schedule on the 14th, Wednesday (Lower School Production Rehearsal with MS as audience), and Thursday, December 15th will have no late start with classes ending at 2:30 pm.

Class Christmas Parties: Homeroom Christmas parties are intended to support class camaraderie and fellowship.

Lower School/Middle School: On Friday, December 16, Students will attend Blocks 1 & 2 classes and class parties will happen in block 3 from 11:10-12:30.

Upper School class parties may happen after exams from 1:00-2:00 between December 14-16. This will be communicated to parents/guardians beforehand by the homeroom teachers.

Report cards:

Report cards for the first semester will be available for pick up on the first Friday of next semester, January 13th.

Other notes:

December 14 (Wednesday) and 15 (Thursday) whole day schedule for MS and LS. December 16, Friday, end at 12:30 (class parties). Note: MS will watch LS Production Rehearsal on Wednesday, 7:45-8:35.

Semester 2: We will be resuming classes on Monday, January 9th, Day 1.

7. All Staff Christmas Fellowship- December 13, Tuesday, 3-5 p.m. Cozy Cove. We ask parents/guardians to pick up their child/children on time at 2:30 p.m. as we will be having our Staff Christmas Fellowship from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. outside of campus.
