Celebrating the Talents of Our Alumni: Jed Steven Cunanan, Class of 2019

photos lifted from the Facebook pages of Ompong Tan and Conrad Rotor

We’re thrilled to highlight the accomplishments of our esteemed alumnus, Jed Steven Cunanan, from the graduate class of 2019. Journeying with us from PreK – 12, Jed, an artist and creator, submitted “The BRICK FLOWER MAIDEN FESTIVAL OF PANAGBENGA” as his thesis at the University of Sto. Tomas.

This remarkable project, made of mixed-media Lego bricks, graced yesterday’s Panagbenga Festival parade on PARAGON HOTEL AND SUITE’S Float. The float, resembling a toy truck using “Lego bricks,” was a testament to Jed’s creativity and dedication. Surrounding the Brick Flower Maiden of Panagbenga was a vibrant landscape, capturing the essence of the festival. The Float, with specifications of Length = 20 feet; width = 8 feet; Height = 9-10 feet, paraded through the main thoroughfares of Baguio, drawing admiration from the crowd.

Jed’s participation in the Panagbenga Float Parade brought joy to all and showcased the talent nurtured within the Brent community.

Your active participation and engagement in the Brent community contribute to the rich tapestry of our school life. If you have any questions or need additional information, feel free to reach out.

Wishing you a week filled with learning, joy, and fond memories of the Baguio Flower Festival.

Warm regards,
