September is off to a strong start, with meaningful assemblies, induction ceremonies, and spirited practices. Thank you for your continued support as we nurture both academic growth and student leadership.

Highlights from This Week (Sept. 1–6)

  • CAS Assembly – A reminder of creativity, activity, and service at the heart of the IB program.
  • Student Leadership Induction – Congratulations to our newly inducted STUCO, JCo, House Leaders, and Class Officers.
  • Grade 6 Easter Weaving Visit – A memorable cultural experience for our students through Social Studies class.

September 6, Saturday

  • Brent Invitational: Season 1 Volleyball Tournament – BISB is proudly hosting private schools in a spirited day of competition and camaraderie.

Thu, Sept. 11 – Day 2

  • Pep Rally Practice:
    • Blue House – Gym
    • Red House – Little Theatre
    • Yellow House – Chapel
    Pep Rally practices for LS (Kinder–Grade 5) and MS/US (Grades 7–12) will both finish at 4:00 p.m. Parents of LS students are asked to pick up directly from the practice venues, while MS/US students may be picked up at the usual waiting areas. PreK does not participate. Participants include Kinder, Beginners (Gr. 1–3), Juniors (Gr. 4–6), Intermediates (Gr. 7–9), and Seniors (Gr. 10–12).

  • Clubs Sign-up closes at 3:00 PM

Fri, Sept. 12 – Day 1

  • 11:25–12:30 PM – SS7 Field Trip to Baguio Museum
