Asking and getting help. Let’s learn how this essential skill is done.
Everybody needs help sometimes. We need to recognize when we cannot manage and may need the help of others we trust. Here are three simple steps to asking for help.
STEP 1: Think of a safe person who could help you.
STEP 2: Decide what the problem is and what help you need.
STEP 3: Say thanks for the help you receive.

Research tells us that when we do something good for others, we feel good and it helps us feel happier. And when we feel good and happy, we tend to do good. It’s a cycle! So go on and do something kind and wonderful for others.
BE BRAVE AND WISE
The Coronavirus can be kind of scary, and it’s ok to be a little worried, but God wants us to be brave. And there’s a big difference between being brave and being foolish! We hope that this video will help kids who are worried about the coronavirus to be brave and be wise.
HERE ARE THREE STEPS TO KEEP CALM WHEN FEELING AFRAID OR UPSET.
- Breathe in deeply through your nose.
Breathe out slowly through your mouth.
Repeat until you feel calmer!
