What a great first semester this has been! As we approach the final weeks of the semester, let us look forward to the exciting events ahead while taking a moment to reflect on the successes and growth we’ve achieved together. CAS Assembly – The CAS Assembly was a good showcase of the creative, activity, and service clubs led by our student club facilitators! Thank you to all the students, parents, and faculty who participated, supported and demonstrated the incredible impact of CAS Clubs in fostering leadership, innovation, and community service. Christmas Sweater Non-Uniform Day
Support the Student Council’s Christmas Spirit initiative by participating in Christmas Sweater Non-Uniform Day! Students are encouraged to wear their festive sweaters for a donation of ₱50. Proceeds will support STUCO activities. The Non-uniform day dress code applies. -

December 10, Tuesday: Early Pick-Up
Parents/guardians are kindly requested to pick up their children promptly at 2:45 p.m. as the Staff Christmas Fellowship will take place from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Please note, there will be no on-campus supervision after this time.

Report Cards

PK-3 Report Cards for the first semester will be mailed directly to parents on Friday, January 10, the first Friday of next semester.

Grades 4-12 Report Cards will be accessible and downloadable on BASIS on Friday, January 10.

Non-returning students: If your child will not return for Semester 2 and requires an early report card, please make a request to the Admissions Office by Monday, December 9.

Warm Congratulations to the PTA on a Successful Shoppers’ Day!
On behalf of the entire Brent community, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) for organizing an incredibly successful Shoppers’ Day! Your hard work, dedication, and creativity brought together over 1,300 members of the Brent and Baguio community for a truly enjoyable and memorable event.
We were honored to have Mrs. Arlene Magalong, wife of Mayor Benjie Magalong join the ribbon-cutting ceremony, adding a special touch to the day.
Thank you, Mrs. Tina Campos (PTA President), PTA officers, and the entire PTA team, for fostering connection, providing wonderful opportunities for our families to come together, and embodying the Brent spirit so meaningfully. Well done to all teams, maintenance and student organizations who supported the event!
November 25, Monday, Day 1: IB Theatre Performances
The IB Theatre Class of 2025 guided by Mrs. Marj Alcantara showcased the immense talent of Isaiah Joseph Bangsoy, Ah In Lee, and Andre Ross Mikael Marquez through their Solo Theatre Pieces in the chapel. Thank you to everyone who supported this event, particularly the Grades 10, 11, and 12 students who participated respectfully and with enthusiasm.
November 26, Tuesday, Day 2: Lessons and Carols General Rehearsal & Boys’ Football Game
All Lessons and Carols participants, including acolytes, ushers, and almoners, came together for the general rehearsal. Your dedication is greatly appreciated as we prepare for this annual tradition. Additionally, a special thanks to the Boys’ Football Team for their hard work during the game.
We were honored to host the 2nd Regular Meeting of the 12th Executive Council of the ECP ( Episcopal Church in the Phil.) at the Brent Guest House.
November 27, Wednesday, Day 1: Thanksgiving Holy Eucharist
Thank you to all who joined the Thanksgiving Holy Eucharist service. This moment of reflection and gratitude was a meaningful way to honor the season of thanksgiving.
November 28, Thursday, Day 2: House Games – Capture the Flag
Our House Games brought energy and excitement to the week as students competed in Capture the Flag. Thank you to the house heads, house leaders and students for fostering teamwork and camaraderie.
We also had a lovely Thanksgiving compline with our boarders and campus residents.
November 29, Friday, Day 1: Final Clubs
As clubs wrapped up for the semester, we want to thank all faculty supervisors, student club leaders and participants for their engagement and creativity throughout the term.
December 1, Sunday: Lessons and Carols Service
This year’s Lessons and Carols Service was a meaningful success! Thank you to the choir, orchestra, readers, acolytes, ushers, almoners, tone chimes/bells and all who participated. Your hard work and talent brought the season’s message of joy and hope to life. A heartfelt thank-you to the entire staff, Lessons and Carols team, Fr. Richard Egmalis, Dr. Julie SIbucao, Ms Shelley Segudo. Sincere thanks as well to our families and community members who came on time and attended this cherished event. During the service, Mr Jason Atkins, Brent Schools Inc. President and Headmaster of Brent Manila shared the lovely announcement that the board approved during its November 29 meeting to name our beautiful Reflection Center as The Ursula B. Daoey Reflection Center in honor of Mrs. Daoey’s life and legacy. Please stay tuned for updates on the date and details of the dedication ceremony.
